Hello

I'm Dave Falcone. For many years I have had the great fortune of leading the creative end of marketing for cable networks. Now, as an independent I am putting those skills to work strengthening brands, increasing audiences, selling advertising and creating highly effective operations.

I am also expanding beyond television to help other kinds of businesses communicate in engaging ways with their customers. Two projects featured on this page are recent examples of that kind of work.

I look forward to speaking with you and hopefully working together soon. Thank you for visiting my site.

Georgetown University wanted a spot that would break through the clutter during basketball games on national TV. ”Cheer” was imagined to co-opt a popular GU chant and transform it into a fist pumping anthem. Clean Cuts Music mixed a riveting track, Cerebral Lounge a riveting cut. Play Corporate? Corporate? Digital agency R2i desired a compelling, fresh narrative to help communicate the brand at data powerhouse infoGROUP. Unexpected and engaging the piece takes the “corporate” out of corporate video. A Working Approach That Works

I believe in using a highly effective three-part process. It has been my experience that when this process is approached with energy and discipline, the chance for success is greatly increased.

First, it's critical we put real effort into understanding the brief, including who the true target is, what need is being served for them, the product USP, brand tone and manner - and what the metrics are for success - before we dive into creative development.

The second phase is creative development. I like to develop a wide range of ideas, each hitting squarely on the brief and each leveraging a different creative direction.

Last comes flawless execution. Clear direction and a strong creative idea are only as good as how well the product ultimately gets made.
