Dave Falcone’s experience and expertise are in helping organizations drive action and build their brands. He provides creative strategy, direction, and execution services to corporate, education, entertainment, and advocacy efforts.
Before running his own business, Dave was the VP of Brand and Creative at Travel Channel. He led the network’s highly successful rebrand, launched genre-defining new series such as Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations, and helped bring innovation and record growth to the company.
With Discovery Communications (DCI), he helped lead several significant initiatives. These include launching the Military and Discovery Home channels and rebranding the Science Channel and Discovery HD Theatre. He also helped to introduce America to the Discovery On-Demand VOD service.
While living in NYC, he provided strategic thinking and creative direction for cable television networks and broadcast design companies, including the SYFY channel.
Dave honed his skills at DCI, helping The Learning Channel (TLC) increase from 30 million to over 80 million households. After three years with TLC, he led the launch of six new digital channels. He was then elevated to a new role to launch Discovery Health Media and worked for the next two years to position it as the leader in online and television health-related entertainment and information.
Dave worked for a PBS station in Philadelphia, WHYY. While there, he led the Creative Services department and executed many national promotional campaigns.
His career began at WCAU, CBS in Philadelphia, where he worked in sports and programming.
Dave has won many awards for his work and creative leadership. He is a Kutztown University of Pennsylvania graduate and resides in suburban Washington DC with his two daughters and an unruly canine named Teddy.
